SunRui Sacrificial Anode Cathodic Protection System (SACP) provides overall Corrosion protection solution for Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO). SunRui SACP production can meet all tanks SACP requirements.
The high temperature Zinc Anode maintaining great electrochemical performance in 60 degree and 80 degree condition which obtained the DNV Type certificates are usually used in Slop tank,Off-spec tank,Cargo tank and Separation tank.
The DNV Zinc Anode is usually used in Water blast tank.
The DNV Aluminum anode is usually used in sea chest and Low potential Al anode is used to protected the Lift caission.

SunRui SACP using different type anode to meet different internal tanks of FPSO. There are kinds of condition of different tanks such as high temperature, hydrogen sulfide, high acidity and high salinity etc. Conventional DNV component anodes are unable to meet the needs of these tanks. These kinds of anode all obtained the class approval.


High Temperature Zinc Anode

Applied Temperature:60 degree 80 degree

Open circuit potential: Less than or equal to -1.03VSCE

Work potential: Less than or equal to -0.97 VSCE

Theoretical capacitance:690 A·h/kg

Actual capacitance: Greater than or equal to 780 A·h/kg

Current efficiency:95 percent

Certificate:DNV Type certificate.


DNV Aluminum anode

Applied Temperature: 3-30 degree

Open circuit potential: -1.10-1.18VSCE

Work potential:-1.05-1.12 VSCE

Theoretical capacitance:2400 A·h/kg

Actual capacitance: 2478 A·h/kg

Current efficiency:90 percent

Certificate:DNV Type certificate.


DNV Zinc anode

Applied Temperature: 20-30 degree

Open circuit potential: -1.05-1.09VSCE

Work potential:-1.0-1.05 VSCE

Theoretical capacitance:780 A·h/kg

Actual capacitance: Greater than or equal to 780 A·h/kg

Current efficiency:95 percent


Low potential aluminum anode

Applied Temperature: 20-30 degree

Work potential:-0.78-0.83VSCE

Theoretical capacitance:1500 A·h/kg

Actual capacitance: Greater than or equal to 1650 A·h/kg

Current efficiency:95 percent
